Enterprise hardware and infrastructure expertiseFrom hands-on hardware to technology leadership
My career in technology started with hands-on hardware repair, diagnostics, and technical support. That experience gave me something that cannot be learned only from textbooks: an understanding of how technology behaves in the real world.
Over the years, my work evolved into enterprise infrastructure, networking, servers, virtualization, software development, database environments, and technical consulting.
I have worked with corporate networks, Cisco and Juniper equipment, Dell enterprise infrastructure, VMware environments, Microsoft technologies, databases, software development teams, and business-critical systems.
I also participated in the development of software solutions for banking environments and helped develop a delivery application involving Node.js, REST APIs, databases, authentication, real-time communication, cloud services, maps, mobile applications, and payment platforms.
That combination of engineering, infrastructure, software, and business experience eventually led me to entrepreneurship and to building technology-focused projects of my own.
Technology is more than a job — it is the field I have built my career around.
Technology Research
I research laptops, computers, displays, components, networking equipment, and technology products to understand how they perform in real-world scenarios.
Technical Content
I create detailed technology guides, comparisons, buying advice, and educational content designed to help readers make informed purchasing decisions.
SEO & Publishing
I manage SEO strategy and technology publishing, combining technical knowledge with search intent, editorial structure, and content optimization.
Technology Consulting
Through my professional work and business projects, I help organizations understand infrastructure, hardware, software, support, and technology requirements.
Why I write about technology
ProTechGuide was created from a simple idea: technology buying advice should come from people who actually understand how technology works.
My background allows me to look at technology from more than a specification sheet. I consider performance, reliability, thermals, upgrade limitations, operating systems, compatibility, real-world workloads, long-term usability, and value.
When I write a laptop or hardware guide, my goal is not simply to list products. I want to explain who should buy a product, who should avoid it, what configuration makes sense, and what trade-offs the buyer should understand before spending money.

Founder of TechSolutions Rajua
My entrepreneurial work extends beyond technology publishing. I founded TechSolutions Rajua in Ecuador to provide technology support, maintenance, rentals, infrastructure services, and practical solutions for businesses and customers.
Running a technology business has given me another perspective that is extremely valuable when evaluating products: understanding the difference between what looks impressive on a specification sheet and what actually makes sense for a customer.
I don't want to tell you what to buy. I want to help you understand why.
Technology changes quickly. Specifications change, new processors arrive, prices move, and products become outdated.
Good technology advice should therefore go beyond declaring a single product the "best."
My approach is to evaluate technology through the lens of real-world use: performance, reliability, compatibility, portability, battery life, thermals, usability, configuration, price, and long-term value.
Every buyer has different priorities. A student, developer, gamer, business professional, designer, and engineer should not necessarily buy the same laptop.
Technology has been part of my life for more than 15 years. Today, I use that experience to help others navigate it.
I have spent years troubleshooting systems when they fail, supporting businesses when technology becomes critical, building software, configuring infrastructure, repairing hardware, studying new technologies, and learning from every project.
ProTechGuide is the next chapter of that journey.
The goal is simple: create technology content that is useful, technically informed, honest, and genuinely worth the reader's time.
